The 2017 seminar is one day only and will be geared toward beginner-to-intermediate Medicaid planning attorneys. The seminar will explain the basic Medicaid eligibility rules and planning options.
While past attendees and seasoned practitioners are invited to purchase the 2017 manual after the seminar, we hope to see newer faces at the 2017 seminar. If you have a young practitioner in your firm or know someone who wants to become more familiar with Medicaid planning, please give them information about our seminar.
All attendees will receive the new and revised edition of The Ohio Medicaid Manual. The 2017 version will contain the newly proposed Medicaid regulation changes and case updates. This manual provides you with the skill set to practice in Medicaid and includes valuable tools and forms, applicable law, relevant administrative appeal and hearing decisions, case studies, and Taps Tips.

To quote a few of the attendees from previous years:
“I have attended Medicaid Seminars all over the country, participated in giving two, and been through the full MPS course twice. This is “hands down” the best and most helpful seminar that I have ever been to. Congratulations on the excellent work product and presentation … and Thank You!”
“Excellent program. Written materials also excellent.”
“Medicaid manual is excellent, well organized. I like that all the code reference and case references are in footnotes rather than in the text, page #’s easy to follow along with Rich. Very worth the price of the seminar; great value. Best presentation I have heard on the topic. Rich is very knowledgeable, experienced, and current.”
“I think that your method of using the case analysis was very helpful. I haven’t seen that done and it really gave me a feeling of looking inside your office/practice on the issue that you covered. I hope this was worth it to you because it was very valuable to me and I hope that you would do this on a somewhat regular basis.”
